서울남산국악당은 ‘2022 남산초이스’ 중 첫 번째 순서인 강민수의 독경을 11월 18일(금)부터 11월 19일(토)까지 성황리에 마쳤으며, 두 번째 순서로 12월 9일(금)부터 12월 10일(토)까지 방지원의 동해UNIVERSE, 마지막으로 12월 30일(금)부터 12월 31일(토)까지 황민왕의 별신의 무대가 준비됐다.

‘남산초이스’는 2016년도부터 아티스트를 조명하는 서울남산국악당의 대표 레퍼토리 공연으로 올해는 강민수, 방지원, 황민왕 세 명의 예술가가 선보이며 진도, 동해안, 남해안의 굿의 기원부터 창작까지 다양한 무속음악의 매력을 느낄 수 있는 굿 시리즈이다.

첫 번째 ‘남산초이스 : 강민수의 독경’은 진도다시래기 후계자 강민수를 필두로 우리소리 바라지의 음악과 함께 재구성해 악·가·무 일체의 공연으로 진행됐다. 눈먼 당달봉사와 놀부의 해학적인 강민수의 연기를 시작으로 배우가 객석 앞을 오가며 관객과 소통을 함으로써 유쾌하게 공연의 시작을 알렸다. 그 후로 구음시나위, 생!사고락2, 무취타, 만선이 이어지며 관객의 축원을 기원하며 공연자, 관객 모두 웃음이 가득한 공연으로 성황리에 종료됐다.

이어서 준비된 두 번째 ‘남산초이스 : 동해UNIVERSE’는 연희자 방지원이 동해안 지역에서 경험했던 잊을 수 없는 굿판의 광경들과 현장성을 고스란히 도심으로 가져와 대중들에게 선사하고자 한다. 특히 공연 시작 전 당맞이를 통해 극장에 들어서는 관객들의 무사안전을 기원하며 공연 전부터 미리 흥을 돋워 굿의 정서를 충분히 갖고 관람할 수 있는 자리를 마련했다. 방지원의 무대는 우리의 저변에 끊임없이 흐르고 반복되는 진리를 오늘 다시금 상기시키고, 깨달아야 한다는 것을 과거와 현재의 공존이라는 역설적인 형식을 통해 이야기하고자 한다.

마지막으로 2022년 연말을 장식할 ‘남산초이스 : 황민왕의 별신’이 준비됐다. 한 해의 마지막 날 펼쳐지는 무대로 관객의 소원지를 받아 그 소원을 위한 축원을 풀어낼 예정이다. 추운 날씨만큼이나 마음이 쉽게 따뜻해지지 못하는 요즘, 이런저런 걱정과 고난 끝에 결국 우리에게 필요한 것은 해결이 아니라 공감과 위로라고 생각한다. 굿에서는 ‘인간의 마음이 좋아야 신의 마음도 좋다’고 한다. 개인의 차가운 사정을 우리가 돼 따뜻하게 살피며, 황민왕의 별신을 통해 모두에게 공감과 위로가 닿기를 바란다.

서울남산국악당의 2022 남산초이스 굿 시리즈를 통해 굿 장르는 무겁고, 무섭고, 어둡고, 진중해야 할 것 같다는 인식을 바꾸고, 나아가 굿 장르의 저변 확대를 모색할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

The built-up area of the transaction is over 1.7 million sq. ft. and the total seafront plot is over 100,000 sq. ft. directly on Dubai’s most luxurious marina with unobstructed views of the sea, Dubai Eye and Palm Jumeirah. Ultra-luxury apartments and penthouses are expected to be developed on the plots which were sold to a leading Dubai-based real estate developer.

Ahmed Abou El Naga, Head of Institutional Sales of Metropolitan Group has sourced and orchestrated the deal with the assistance of Fakhreddin Minooeifar, Founder and Chairman of Mallorca Commercial Real Estate Advisory who represented the buyer.

“There are only a handful of seafront plots available in all prime Dubai neighbourhoods and they are completely off the market.
