경희대 원자력공학부 교수인 정 박사는 원자력열수력학 및 원자력 안전의 전문가로 대한민국 과학기술정보통신부에서 경력을 쌓았다. 경희대에서 재직하는 동안 여러 정부·산업 위원회에서 원자력 안전, 연구·개발, 국가 에너지·전력 계획 위원으로 활동했다. 국제 전문가로서 국제원자력기구(IAEA), 경제협력개발기구(OECD)에 자문도 제공했다.

후지노는 현재 유니슨캐피탈(Unison Capital)의 수석 고문으로 활동하고 있다. 2016년부터 2021년까지 일본의 해외 산업 활동을 재정적으로 원조하는 일본 정부 기구 일본국제협력은행(JBIC)에서 총괄경영자 겸 주식금융그룹 글로벌총괄로 근무했다. 앞서 일본 경제산업성(METI)에서 에너지 정책 및 국제 문제를 중심으로 다양한 정책 분야를 담당했다. 또 국제에너지기구(IEA)에서 국가연구부 총괄을 역임하며 회원국들의 에너지 정책을 검토했다.

Dr. Chung is a professor in the Nuclear Engineering Department at Kyung Hee University in South Korea. While at Kyung Hee University, Dr. Chung has served on various government and industry committees on nuclear safety, research and development, and national energy and electricity planning. Mr. Fujino currently works as a Senior Advisor at Unison Capital. From 2016 to 2021, he worked as the Managing Executive Officer and Global Head of Equity Finance Group at Japan Bank for International Cooperation, a Japanese governmental agency that financially supports Japanese industries’ activities abroad. Previously he served at the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, Government of Japan, where he was in charge of a wide range of policy areas, particularly energy policy and international affairs.
